Horizon is a remote gateway through which students and academic staff can access specialist college software, lab PCs and open access PCs.
Horizon enables students and academic staff to remotely access PCs that are in college classrooms and labs so they can participate in lessons, even if they are not on campus or in the room where the event is physically taking place. In addition, they will be able to remotely access PCs in the library and other open access areas so they can use software they need to study and/or complete coursework.
