Making a Call via Cisco Jabber by Dialling a Number (Mobile)

Please make sure you have set up Cisco Jabber on your device. To find out how, please visit this page.

Remember to add 9 for an outside line
  1. Select Calls at the bottom of the screen

        


  2. Select Keypad at the top of the screen

        


  3. Key in the number you wish to dial

  4. Tap the place call button

        



While on a call you can use the following options:

Tap OnTo
Turn On/Off Speakerphone
Turn On/Off Microphone Mute
Turn On/Off Video
Display the Numerical Keypad
Show Advanced Call Options such as:
  • Hold
  • Transfer
  • Conference
Terminate the Call

Note: If you are part of a call centre you will need to use the Windows Jabber client as the Apple iOS and Android clients do not support this functionality
