Setting Up Cisco Jabber on Windows

Note: In order to login and use Jabber, your account must be activated by IPT Support.

Please keep in mind these instructions are being provided without formal support to help you keep connected.
  1. Download and run Cisco Jabber for Windows

  2. Click Accept and Install to start the installation

        


  3. If prompted by User Account Control, ensure the publisher is Cisco Systems Inc. then click Yes

  4. Ensure Start Cisco Jabber is ticked and click Finish

        


  5. Enter your Brunel email (<<Login for this information>>@brunel.ac.uk) and click Continue

        


  6. Enter your Brunel Network Account username (<<Login for this information>>) and password

        


  7. Click Login
