FREE Microsoft Office For Students and Staff! As a student or member of staff at Brunel University London, you are
entitled to download and install the latest Microsoft Office package, which
includes; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, Access and OneNote, on
up to five PC’s or Macs, five tablets and five smartphones. ** Please Note:- In order to qualify
for the FREE office downloads you must be either a currently enrolled student
or a permanent member of staff on the Brunel payroll. This is due to the
licensing requirements of Microsoft. Also this version of Office cannot be
installed on devices that are owned and managed by Brunel University London.

How do I get my FREE copy of
Microsoft Office? On Desktops or Laptops 1) Open the Office
Portal 2) Log in as studentnumber@brunel.ac.uk (students) or networkaccountusername@brunel.ac.uk (staff) and your Brunel
Network Account password followed by authenticating using Multi Factor authentication 3) Follow the instructions online to download and install Office Please be aware that there will be a
delay (sometimes a long delay) before the Office software appears on your
device. This depends on the specific Office software, the device and the local
internet connection. On Tablets and Smartphones 1) Visit the appropriate App Store for your device. 2) Install the Microsoft Office Apps 3) To enable document editing, sign into the apps with studentnumber@brunel.ac.uk (students) or networkaccountusername@brunel.ac.uk (staff) and
