Connect Portal Maintenance
The Connect Portal will be unavailable from 10am to 12pm on the following dates:
Monday 19th December 2022 (10am to to 12pm)
During this time the Connect Portal will be unavailable so you will not be able to: - Register for Connect Services
- Register or Update your Device for Connect Services
- Send Updates from the Connect Assistant
- Create or Manage Tickets on Connect
- View the Connect Knowledge Base or Troubleshooter
- View or Obtain Software Licenses
During this time the following activities may not complete until after 12pm: - New user, device and service registrations or updates (including security check changes)
- ResNet check ins / check outs
- Device loans and returns
Please note: Wifi@Brunel, ResNet / Wired Network Access, AnyConnect VPN and eduroam connections will be unaffected (only changes to user, device or subscription data will be affected)
